Sororities at Florida State are top in the nation. Don't listen to what you hear before recruitment, all the sororities are great, and for the most part everyone in greek life gets along.

I honestly have at least one friend in every sorority/fraternity. Greek life here is great, and if you're greek you'll have an amazing time with all the other greeks. FSU PH & IFC! <3

If you're an incoming freshman and you've sadly somehow found your way onto this awful website, don't listen to what these negative haters are saying. Greek Life, at any school, opens doors for its members. A better social life while in college, future job/connections, community service, leadership skills, people skills, and a higher likelihood of being an on-campus leader.

I know Greeks can, at times, become absorbed with image and "tiers" and who's hotter than who, but in reality, when college is over and it's all said and done, we're a family. Regardless of what letters you wear or what council of Geek life that you're in, every single member of Greek life has a common interest and goal in making FSU and America a better place. That's way more than I can say for people who sit in their dorm room bashing a group of people they don't like JUST because they aren't apart of it. When recruitment/rush/interest-meetings come around for whatever fraternity/sorority or council you are interested in joining, don't let a few negative words from people who have no friends make you doubt rushing. If you don't like it, you can just stop, but I can say that anyone who has put their heart into a fraternity or sorority has found a family. At least personally for myself, I know I'll never regret or look back on my choice to rush. It has been the greatest experience of m
