you need a reality check. No way are ddd, pi phi kao or chio in the same league as the others. They are upper mid, not top tier like the other 3.

i think she meant that those are the sororities that are considered "good" or "strong" houses out of ALL the sororities. ones that the frats all hang around, etc. which is the truth
