Based on new PC's off a mixture of: faciness, personality, and appearances
Times change and so do tiers. Honestly, I think every sorority became a little more diverse this year and for the better. This is my opinion based on what I've seen and which sororities PNMs chose over others.

Phi Mu/Alpha Phi/Chi O
Gamma Phi/ Sig Delt

When I first saw this I was a little confused but in terms of PCs Theta and Zeta definitely killed it this year they're both getting better each year

This ranking is so true. Theta's, Tri delt's and AXO's PC really moved them up in the rankings. And yes, pledge classes do change the sorority tiers from year to year.
