lower/bottom tier

With an attitude like that I hope you don't receive a bid to any organization on campus. You would be lucky to a receive a bid from any chapter. They are all great and have their own attributes that makes each one special to each member. Keep an open mind and go to the house you feel comfortable at, not because they're the most attractive or have socials with the hottest fraternities on campus and you'll be much happier than if you had gone by that criteria
