Top

1. Pike: Many might disagree but Pike has the biggest house, with the most money, best parties, and best sorority connections. Pretty easily the best frat at FSU as of right now.
2. Sig Ep: Improved a lot the past few years, and aren’t very far off from pike. Their parties and tailgates are very good, only thing holding them back is that they can’t throw parties at their house. Also have a very good reputation on campus.
3. Theta Chi: Past scandals and allegations have destroyed theta chi. Went from arguably the best frat on campus to maybe not even being top 3. If they don’t get their act together they will continue to fall. Regardless, they still have some of the best parties and tailgates on campus.
4. SAE: Great parties and sorority connections. Have probably the nicest house on College Ave too. One of the biggest frats by numbers and would be higher if they didn’t have some pretty questionable brothers.
5. KA: Definitely has their own vibe of being the main southern frat on campus. Parties aren’t great but they have arguably the best tailgates at the school. Have a great house on college Ave and probably the tightest brotherhood out of all of the “top” frats.


Upper Middle

6. Kappa Sig: Wasn’t sure if I should put them in the top or upper mid but I feel like they fit better here. They have some of the best parties and tailgates on campus with decent sorority connections. But they definitely have some pretty strange brothers. Also get in trouble with IFC pretty often which doesn’t help.
7. Delta Chi: Currently suspended, which again doesn’t help. But when they aren’t, D Chi has very good parties. Their sorority connections are pretty good as well. Their tailgates aren’t the best and they have some weird brothers but they are definitely a solid frat.
8. Fiji: They are definitely a place that a lot of girls either love or hate. Their brothers are pretty nice and chill, but they also have some questionable brothers. Their parties are decent but they don’t get good DJs often and it almost feels like there’s more girls than guys at their parties.
9. Alpha Delt: They have gotten a lot better over the past few years, but like the other frats in this tier, they have a mix of cool brothers and some pretty questionable ones. Their sorority connections aren’t the best either, but they have had some of the best parties this year and good tailgates. They also have a great house on college ave.
10. Sigma Chi: Like Alpha Delt, they have improved a lot recently. Their parties aren’t great but I have noticed a lot more girls going to their tailgates. Also have pretty good sorority connections. Main thing holding them back is they have a very small house.
11. Beta: They have a very nice house, but it doesn’t matter because they can’t throw at it. I have heard their tailgates at painted are solid, but haven’t heard anything about their parties. Their brothers are super involved and they are a part of line dance which definitely helps them out a lot. Some facey brothers, but also a lot of weird ones too.
