There is no distinctive srat ranking

Reading through these is like the dumbest thing you will ever do. Based on the rankings and negative comments you read about houses you have to just assume that these are written by people not even involved in greek life. Amongst those in greek life the top houses are known and not argued like they are on here. There’s no distinct first second so on but there is an established top tier and everyone seems to know that except on here.

Actually there is. The top 2-3 are pretty interchangeable depending on vibe but there is a difference.
Zta adpi kd are similar but also different just not drastically.
The next are dg ddd and theta which are very different than Zta adpi and kd

that’s exactly what was posted they said that the top tier is known and they are interchangeable hence the no distinct first, second, third
