Sigep is 🟰, OX’s cooked so if u’re even gonna include them there’s no way u don’t at least put a ⬇️. TKE’s literally disbanding next year they’re even more unrankable than Phi Delt, Lambda Chi, and AEPi. Appart from that solid list tho (Newmans debatable)

You’ve got Pike falling, DChi rising and TX stable. None of that is accurate. TX is going to be hurt even if they survive. DChi will lose their house to Phi Delt in a year. Pike is stable at the top.

DChi is not losing the house. They have a long term lease so Phi Delt can't get it back until the lease ends and PhiDelt's nationals won't let them take the house back until they have a few years of stable membership numbers and financials anyway.
