Frat rank with a little explanation

-theta chi - they aren’t getting kicked off

Pike- still good brotherhood even tho they rely on tcc

Sae- very well rounded frat, bunch of degenerates

Sigep- can’t even throw proper parties but good frat nonetheless. And no they aren’t higher than any top frat until they can throw good parties.

Mid-
KA- pretty damn good frat, just super selective

Ksig- great spring party but they mess with mid sororities cuz their brotherhood is mid. So therefore their frat is mid.
