Frat rank with measurement & explanation

There are 5 key overall measurements to determine the rank. And they are,
-brotherhood quality, parties, tailgates, nightlife involvement, and sorority relations.

-top-
-theta chi- good brotherhood, good parties, good tailgates, nightlife is good, and so is sorority relations. -5- marks. Not much else to say they hit all marks well. But might get kicked off

-Sae- pretty good brotherhood, could be a little better, 0.8 points. Parties are good, tailgates are good. Nightlife involvement is very good. And so is sorority relations. -4.8- marks. Not much else to say, but them and theta chi shouldn’t be such degenerates.

-Sigep- good brotherhood could be a little better, but they stay out of trouble, 0.9 points. Parties unfortunately aren’t that great but they do well with what they get (pots and recess) 0.4 points. Tailgates are small but good and fun, they deserve full mark. Nightlife involvement isn’t as good as pike, sae, or theta chi, but I’m just nitpicking, full mark anyways. Sorority relations are very good. -4.4- marks. Prolly will get a lot of hate on this cuz sigep does love to self rank but that is how the system works. They simply aren’t better OVERALL

-pike- brotherhood would fall off but they get tcc kids, deserves full mark regardless. Parties are not consistent, sometimes they have been good other times not. 0.7 points. Tailgates are just not the same as other frats, def a different pace but just not that fun, 0.5 points. Nightlife is great, sorority relations is great. -4.2- marks. Location hurts them pretty bad.

-mid- KA and ksig have no order.

-Ksig- brotherhood is alright, 0.6 points. Parties are good. Tailgates are good. Nightlife involvement isn’t there like the top frats, 0.5 points. Sorority relations are good but top frats take most of the cake 0.8 points. -3.9- points. Good frat just simply not top.

-KA- very good brotherhood, extremely unique culture compared to other frats. Parties aren’t that great for some reason, idk why they aren’t even tho I get hammered, 0.5 points. Tailgates are fun tho, great vibe. Nightlife involvement just isn’t there like the others 0.3 points. Sorority relations are good cuz of their culture. Overall -3.9- marks. Great fraternity hard to measure them cuz they are just a different animal.

2 above were hard to measure, the rest are even more so. Y'all can argue about the rest

Fiji- harsh reputation, but good location
Dchi- does very good for location
Sig chi- very good for what they have to work with
Beta- good quality brothers
Alpha delt- wholesome group of guys, just not there with other fraternities.
