XO rage bait ranks need to stop

why does Xo keep putting themselves in the top teir. I guarantee all of them got dropped from every other top or middle sorority. Them putting themselves over chapters with high retention rates during rush is insane. Like nobody is picking XO if they preffed DDD,DZ,APHI,KD,theta,Dg etc. nobody believe xo is top teir i genuinely feel bad for the girls that believe it.
