Theta and Dz have to be the biggest self rankers on this site.

Theta will never be top lets just face it. they bid the most mid girls from south fl that already have slept with most guys at this school. the house will never be good enough and the girls aren't that attractive or classy. Theta is like Dg but with uglier.

DZ problem is the self ranking and moving too fast. like i get you guys have a nice house and cute themes but you need to prioritize looks more. presentation is key, so before you try to creep into the top, bid some attractive girls. like seriously dz had maybe one or two sisters that are abover avarage. just too mid in looks right now to be anything good.
