SPRING 2025 IFC FRAT TIERS WITH DESCRIPTIONS

Top:
Pike>Theta Chi>Sig Ep
FSU doesn’t have a true clear cut #1 frat, but I would say Pike is the closest thing to it. Best parties and srat connections. Theta Chi has fallen a little, but they still have great parties and srat connections. Sig Ep has been on the rise the past few semesters.

Upper Mid:
SAE=KA>Kappa Sig
SAE and KA are pretty much polar opposites. SAE has fallen a little and took a pc with a lot of sherms. KA is its own thing as the country frat at fsu. Both have pretty great tailgates and parties. Kappa Sig is definitely a great frat too who has had some of the best parties at the school.

Middle:
Fiji=D Chi>Alpha Delt>Sigma Chi
Every frat here has drastically improved in the past few years. Fiji, D Chi, and Alpha Delt all have pretty great parties and tailgates. Sig Chi is a little behind them with parties and tailgates, but they are still pretty good and the newest out of all of them.

Lower Mid
Beta>Pi Lam
Not much to say here. Both frats are pretty similar in the sense that tailgates and parties aren’t very good. Both had parties at pots last semester and were both pretty bad. Beta also has tailgates at painted, and pi lams house is the furthest house from campus out of any fsu frat.

Upper bottom:
Chi Phi=Phi Psi>Delta Sig=Phi Delt
Chi Phi was improving and over phi psi, but got involved in some pretty bad legal issues so I’m gonna put them equal with phi psi. Regardless, neither are very great and don’t have that many people pop out. Delta Sig and Phi Delt are still new, so it’s interesting to see how they’ll change in the next couple years.

Bottom:
ZBT=Chi Psi=Lambda
All 3 of these frats are very new, so this is no knock on them. ZBT and Chi Psi have some cool brothers, but also some interesting ones. Lambda just came back this semester and I’m not really too sure how they have done yet.
