1.PKA - best house, best parties, best pull, best guys that aren't weird(OX) or try hards(KS), and aren't soft kids like SAE or SigEp.
2.KA - next best fraternity by default only because of their national name but no where near Pike.
3.SAE - Soft AF and the only reason they are here is girls think OX is weird AF and KS tries way too hard to be on the top 3s level. SAE is weak though.
4.OX - their older guys are the only reason they are here the younger classes are going downhill.
5.KS - their name once again is what puts them here by default and even with OX going downhill these guys try way too hard for me to put them higher.
6.SigEp - softer than even SAE and have a worse name too. These guys are fine but are either weird or try hard or soft AF.
7.Fiji - decent name in the south but again these guys try way too hard to get people to like them.
8.SX - ditto Fiji but worse.
9.ADPhi - nice guys with no name recognition but should be a lot higher.
I wouldn't rush anyone below this.

Gtfo beta. Everyone knows that SX and AD are far better than you. No amount of self ranking could change that

Glad to see KA getting appropriate recognition. Women love KA and the idea behind KA. Strong national and strong in Florida.
Fiji is good some places but this is their best chapter in Florida.
Theta Chi has been consistently good at FSU. They are top tier here and at UF.
Sig Ep is Sig Ep. Their national is very ‘woke’. They will take guys that you wouldn’t. But they have a super mansion and they’re still really good.
SAE has a top national brand. If they’re not #1 it’s their own fault.
