FRAT RANKINGS FOR SPRING RUSH 2025 WITH DESCRIPTIONS

Formal rush starts tomorrow so I figured I’d drop my 2 cents. Most people see it as 3 major “tiers”. Also have descriptions how most of ifc and panhel see these frats

Top
Pike: Best parties, and at the end of the day it’s fsu pike. They have the most money and srat connections out of any frat

Theta Chi: Has fallen off a little, but still among the top. Still have some of the best parties and tailgates

Sig Ep: Definitely improving, but not at the level of OX/Pike yet. Fall parties were great and tailgates are becoming very good

SAE: Some questionable brothers, but still great parties and strat connections

Middle
KA: Country boys, still very good and a lot of girls love them, great tailgates. Could argue them being in the “top” tier but I feel like they’re more very upper middle

Kappa Sig: Great parties, would be higher if they didn’t have the issues with IFC

Fiji: Mixed bag of brothers. Parties and tailgates are pretty decent, need to work on less guys at their parties

Delta Chi: Also has great parties, but are under dispensary probation. Will be over Fiji again once that settles.

Alpha Delt: Solid parties and tailgates, could work on growing in size and recruiting better

Sigma Chi: Improved a lot when they first got on campus but have stagnated since, still a pretty solid frat though. Okay parties and tailgates.

Beta: Some girls like them but more in a gay best friend way. A lot of sherm brothers, parties aren’t good and tailgates are at painted

Bottom
Pi Lam: CP scandal and having no house cooked them, they have fallen pretty far in the past couple years, haven’t heard about anyone going to their tailgates or parties

Chi Phi: Still relatively new. Have a decent house, but brothers are pretty weird. Parties and tailgates are best out of the “bottom” tier

Phi Psi: Have struggled a lot since Chi Phi took their house. Haven’t heard about them much since

Delta Sig: Still pretty new, at least they have a house I guess

Phi Delt (Colony): Recruited over 70 guys first semester. Most of them are pretty weird, but should definitely be improving in the next couple semesters

Chi Psi: Still pretty new and small. Brothers are honestly pretty chill. Don't know if they have a house and are pretty irrelevant

ZBT: Still pretty new and small, haven’t really heard much about them

Lambda (New): Zero brothers as of rn but still better than tke

TKE: Just TKE… pretty sure almost all of their brothers are graduating so there’s a chance they might disband after this year. RIP
