#1 by far is Pike any rank without them #1 should be immediately written off.

Everything you said except SX and Fiji being better than OX was correct. Did you mean DX?? Pike is #1, sure and I can see you having SigEp way lower but OX is probably just as good as SAE KA and KS even if you think they are on a decline. Having them on the same tier as those 3 is a must, now whether they are above or below some of those three is up to opinion but OX is good.
