In Depth Spring Frat 2025 rankings + predictions

S Tier: Pike, SigEp - (pike for obvious reasons before ox starts spamming downvotes sigep has recently risen above theta chi because of better pc, less scandals overall better relations/public image.
A+ Tier: Theta Chi - still a super solid frat and is iconic but has its fair share of scandals and recent pcs have been dropping off a bit.
A Tier: SAE, KA - SAE has a dominant culture in greek life with the most members out of any frat and overall are pretty balanced in every facet but nothing overwhelming to bring them above A tier, KA has the best brotherhood on campus and at its core the most important aspect of a frat so it deserves A tier for sure.
B tier: Fiji (interchangeable) with Dchi - d chi’s house is nicer and i’d say their guys are better looking as well but their future looks dim with them potentially losing their house and not having a new pc for a while but they’re still relevant fs, fiji has been on the rise with pretty good parties/tailgates and i think they deserve their position in B tier they have the potential to rise in the future they just have to avoid more scandals and recruit quality brothers.
C+ tier: Beta - beta has improved quite a bit within the last two years with pretty solid parties and a decent house. they are probably the most likely to enter B tier within the C tier frats, if they can increase their numbers and improve their public image.
C Tier: Alpha Delt (interchangeable) with Sigma Chi - both have improved drastically over the years, alpha delt has a nice house in a very good location and their halloween party was solid the only reason they aren’t in C+ tier is because some of the brothers give off a weird vibe so they should focus on recruiting better quality members. Sigma chi has been doing fairly well for only being here for 2ish years but to escape the position they’re at they need to get a better house as it’s holding them back drastically. They also need to improve their parties and stop hosting them at cess on the upside they have very strong nationals so they have potential to grow.
C- tier: Pi Lam - guys are nice but house is really far, don’t really hear anything about their parties they’re almost at the point of irrelevancy within mainstream greeklife.
D: Chi Phi, Phi Psi - chi phi has a ok house and they do put in effort for their events but they don’t have a lot of brothers and their reputation is not very good, phi psi has a really small house and again not a lot of brothers.
F+: Phi Delt - they grew a ton over the past semester they’ve returned although the quality of their bids are very questionable, they’ve been trying to get involved in sorority comps, philo events. their future entirely depends on whether they get their house back otherwise they’ll be in low tier for a while.
everything else is F tier but that’s not to knock on them you should go where you feel like you belong but they’re irrelevant within mainstream greek life.
