Alpha Delt, Beta, Pi Lam, Sig Chi

alpha delt is on college ave and is still somehow irrelevant
pi lam doesn't have a house
sig chi lives in a shack and accepted every herb that walked through the door to get their numbers up
beta has delts old house but couldnt ever compare with them
beta, alpha delt, sig chi, pi lam in that order

Alpha Delt isn’t irrelevant it’s just laidback like KA so it doesn’t get into scandals. If we compare house, party, and nightlife bartenders alpha delt is better than beta

Alpha Delt- Best parties, tailgates, and house out of these 4, easily the best
Sig Chi- Doing good for being relatively new, tailgates are okay and sometimes have good parties, just need a better house
Beta- Have a good house that they can’t throw at, tailgates are okay but they’re at painted, party this fall wasn’t good. A lot of sherm brothers
Pi Lam- Not on the level of these other frats. House is furthest from campus out of any frat at fsu. Don’t think they have tailgates and their fall party was awful

Don’t think alpha delt should be rank near any of these frats bigger frat bigger house bigger parties and no scandals
