confused and curious?

In what world and by what metric is theta chi still top? Is it because of the 2 mid parties they threw this semester? Is it their new pc full of twinks? Seriously someone please explain what theta chi did to stay relevant and deserve the top spot this semester other than simply not get kicked off campus because im at a loss. Fr the most glazed and overrated house on this campus.

Theta Chi has always been a top house at FSU if not the top house. They have tremendous alumni and consistent excellence on campus. Strength of years on top of years all adds up to a reputation of greatness.
