Underrated Frats
by: 601is there a fraternity outside of top 5 (pike, theta chi, sigep, sae, ka) that you see growing/going up the ranks within the next couple of semesters?

I could see Alpha Delt and Fiji rising. Fiji has a nice house and throws good parties and has been improving its brotherhood. Alpha Delt has a big house and has been moving up the ranks over the last few years and improving its brotherhood and had a good Halloween party. Plus their both on college ave

sigma chi for sure. Their pcs have consistently been getting strong each year.. better, attractive, more involved guys. Their tailgates are always maxed out. Only thing holding them back from becoming top of upper mid is the fact they don’t have a real house. But give it a couple years once they make it to the ave they’ll be up there for sure!
