Spring ‘24 Pre Rush Frat Rankings

Top: Pike, Theta Chi
Both are pretty notorious around campus, wouldn’t say one is necessarily better than the other since they’re pretty different in vibes but both are probably the top two. Theta Chis probably half the size in numbers but owns half the ave, and Pike is well Pike.
Upper: Sig Ep, KA, SAE
All three have good brotherhoods with good parties but I guess they all have something about em that wouldn’t put em on top. KA’s essentially just country kids and fake country kids, Sig Ep can’t throw at their crib, and SAE bids like 100 kids with way less options than Pike since it’s not a TCC/FSU frat so you’ll end up seeing some absolute goons in there.
Upper Mid: Ksig, Fiji, and Dchi
Would say fijis a decent bit worse than the other two but they’re all pretty good frats with pretty good parties and good brotherhood.
Mid: Sig Chi, Pi Lam, Beta, Alpha Delt
These are all decent frats but they have something holding them back. Beta’s gotta get bigger numbers wise, Sig Chi and PiLam need better houses, and Alpha Delt has a good house but lacks in sorority relations and is definitely the worst on the ave.
Lower Mid: Phi Psi, Chi Phi, Delta Sig
This is where the frats are smaller than 100 guys. Still some chill people but still lower end frats nonetheless. Definitely need big classes coming up to improve.
Lower: Chi Psi, Phi Delt, ZBT
Very young stages of a frat. Phi Delt and ZBT are on good paths I think, but even if you’re a freshman you probably won’t see the workings of a very good fraternity by the time you leave. None of these have any type of house, and might have one or two satellites.
Bottom: TKE
If you want to build a frat with your boys, if you pick TKE that would be a legendary revival.

Also if you decide to go Phi Tau (Newmans) that’s chill too, cool guys just a lot of TCC but if you’re in TCC that’s a great option. No on campus affiliation with ifc.

At the end of the day, go where you’re wanted, go where you feel is home, go make an impact. Defiantly check out different spots, and really the rankings don’t mean much but if it means anything to you here’s my opinion.
