Is sigma chi actually taking over sae house? Bc some dude in sigma chi was telling me that they are planning on tryna move into that house.

It could happen in the foreseeable future. Considering sig chis pc’s get larger and larger each year and Sae gets more and more goons in their pc’s every year.

I never seen any kid say hey “ I want to rush sigma chi “ Sae has over 150 kids go to rush every year and there classes are mostly pre bids while sigma chi initiates 20ish every fall and never more than 15 in the spring. They aren’t a growing frat no one wants to rush a frat who is homeless

I literally know a dude that got a pre bid to sae this fall rush and chose sigma chi over it. They won’t be homeless for much longer too btw so 💀
