Pi lam is bottom tier and has been since they lost their house. Sherm pcs, house is further than any other house on campus, and their parties/tailgates are worse than even chi phi

Tbh they're right where they should be they're a solid mid tier and even though a lot of the rankings have them right above chi phi/phi psi theres a huge level jump between the two since pi lam at least has over 100 brothers.

I would say pi lam is around the same level as chi phi, maybe slightly better. Both don’t really get high quality pledges. pi lam has more brothers, but chi phi is newer and probably has better parties. Those two are the “best” of the bottom tier. But not nearly on the same level as the middle tier frats (D Chi, Fiji, Alpha Delt, Sig Chi, Beta)
