Is sigma chi a real frat

Just found out they did their elections at HCB. There no way there 60 brothers woke up drove to HCB and elected the fat guy to Philo chair worse than phi delt at least they have a house and 70 brother for 5 years

I would say they on same level as pi lam like right on the edge of being irrelevant they small house or not they still never filled that backyard up
