Beta vs sig chi

I know sigma chi is somewhat new but I never heard of them having more than 1 party a semester or them hitting cap so why are the rank near beta genuinely curious

Beta has a house, sigma chi doesn’t. For that reason beta will always be better

Yeah all reality they been homeless for 5 years unless you count that shack a home which they are building up so guess they are not moving
