KA shouting racial slurs from their trucks

They usually are bolder in groups and especially at night. I usually walk alone and when I walk with my friends I don't really deal with the same issue (or the same extent). Me and my couple of friends have been called several names by frat guys either walking by or shouting random stuff from their trucks.
Are they KA? The ones in a big pickup truck
