Beta is more established and has a better house. Beta and Sig Ep recruit the same men and have the same no-alcohol policies. Sigma Chi is OK but not on the same tier as Beta and Sig Ep.

It is more like it. Phi Delt is too new to be that high, so they should be at the bottom. Give them another 2 years start moving up.
