Phi delt is back

What would need to happen for phi delt to get their house back from d chi in heritage besides having enough members.

You can't just kick them out since they have a lease. Phi delt has no way to afford the mortgage without d chi, they'd lose the house to foreclosure if d chi moves out.

Phi Delt alumni own the house. DChi has a lease and when it’s up, Phi Delt moves back in. Simple as that. Phi Delt will be top tier again within 2 years.
