Is gphi still actually bottom tier?

I feel like I always see gphi as bottom tier but I don’t think they deserve to be there anymore. The last few pc’s were cute and a lot of PNMs were talking very highly about them this year.

Yeah they are breaking out of there shell a lot more this year. I’ve seen them going out way more and almost all the girls have been gorgeous and funny.
