I was in a sorority, and after I dropped these are what most people on campus think.
(In no specific order just based on tiers)
Top- adpi, kd, zta
Upper mid- tri delt, dg, theta, axo
Mid- xo, aphi, pi phi, kkg, phi mu
Lower mid- sdt, dz, gphi
Bottom- alpha gam
