Looks like Snap bids are going to happen

Many chapters are going to need to do snap bids if so many dropped

People dropping out of rush has NOTHING TO DO with snap bids. The number of pnm's who sign their cards determine quota, which then determines bid matching, which will determine if snaps are necessary for any chapter. The drop outs have zero effect.

Snaps happen when a chapter doesn’t make quota. Quota is set after the PNMs sign their MRABAs after pref,divided by the number of chapters, not the number of girls who started the process on day 1. Also girls dropping out does not effect quota additions in the least.
