Delta Chi losing their house

Now that Phi Delt is coming back to FSU Delta Chi will be losing their house as Phi Delt owns that house and Delta Chi has only been subleasing it while Phi Delt was away from fsu. Phi Delt will return to FSU glory and become a top frat again in no time

Possibly true. Phi Delt was Pikes big rival and their house matches the Pikes and Phi Delt has a great history here.
Couple years before D-Chis lease runs out but by then Phi Delt colony should be strong enough to take back the house.

Phi Delt was never anywhere close to Pike so I don't know what alumni is smoking. They're actually quite literally the same as DChi right now. Same sort of vibe.
