Pike: For sure at the top and will stay that way, stereotypical frat guys
Theta Chi: Rivals Pike for top. I’ve had good experiences here and the guys are a lot nicer than people say. Best tailgates
SAE: Pretty douchey, but good tailgates. House is iconic. SAEfari was a great party.
SigEp: Nice guys, def feel comfortable around them. Love the house but would be better if they could have parties there
KA: Country boys, don’t come here much. Good reputation
Ksig: best dartys but def getting worse cuz of suspension.
Fiji: Super underrated and def on the rise. Parties are insane and pretty good taigates too. Everyone is super nice and respectful. Skiji was the best fall party.
Dchi: Would be way less relevant without the house and def lives in pikes shadow. Parties and tailgates are solid. Baby pike
SigChi: House is super small but new PC is actually pretty good. I see them moving up in the next few years especially if they get a new house.
Beta: Very nice guys a little underrated but def mid. Would be better if they could do parties and tailgates at house.
