Is sigma chi moving into heritage between pike and delta chi? that’s what i heard

no that house is used for international students and they’ve already been denied that house before

That house can be purchased by either LXA (original owners) or Sigma Chi or anyone else. Money talks. Best move for Sigma Chi is to build next to Pike.

We’ll be honored to have Sigs as neighbors. They can move into the old Lambda Chi house between us and the Pikes.

They have kinda burned bridges with most College Ave. fraternities and even a sorority. Hopefully they can find a happy home away from campus.
