Advice for PNMS
by: Pan luvvvvPNMS choose a chapter based on where you truly feel at home and what ur heart desires. Ignore ranks and don’t chase “top tier” because it will only lead you to be unhappy and want to drop eventually. Get off Greek rank and enjoy the process. At the end of the day the sorority you are in doesn’t matter if you are unhappy. You will end up in the right place for you if you are honest with yourself throughout the process
#1 by: Not so much choice
Please don't give PNM's the idea that they can just "choose" a chapter. PNM's ranks don't really count that much until pref, and the sororities don't even see the PNM's ranks at any point, so how a PNM ranks them is NOT a consideration in a sorority's selection process. The sororities only consider their own criteria and they do the choosing. Hopefully it will work out in mutual interest but it usually doesn't go quite the way a PNM wants or expects. This is why PNM's need to be open minded and not get their hearts set early in the process, and certainly not before rush.
