Every single house is looking for cute, sweet, fun. Those qualities come in many different ways.

FIRST AND FOREMOST Good conversations are key! Remember, it's not an interview, it's a conversation, and the best ones are enjoyable both ways, and show you as interesting, funny, smart, and confident. We are trying to connect on a personal level and see if we want to be friends with you.
Don't answer questions with 'yes/no' and make us pull your personality out of you, but don't try so hard to make an impression that you come on way too strong. We want pnm's who are interested in us and our sorority - seeming bored, tired, rude, or that you think you are better than everyone will get you cut. Show confidence and be positive - when we ask you how it's going so far, don't tell us how nervous or overwhelmed you are, how hot and humid it is, how tired you are, or how your feet hurt; these are not great conversations unless you can spin it into something funny or interesting.

ALSO IMPORTANT is how you present yourself in your appearance. It's not about having a certain look or wearing the right brands. Seriously. It's about your own personal style and looking your best, for you, in what's appropriate each day. Wear what makes you look good, not what you think we want to see you in.
