Sig Ep vs. SAE

This one is easy. SAE and Sig Ep both rank high and both are large but with sharp differences. SAEs are hard drinking, hard partying brawlers on College. Their house is a train wreck party house. Girls like them because SAEs are the bad boys.
Sig Eps are quiet and more serious. Their house is clean and an adult former military overseer lives in to enforce their national rules. Alcohol is never permitted in the house. Girls like them because Sig Eps are safe, boy-next-door types.
Both fraternities rank up there with Theta Chi, Pike and KA.

Similarities: both have houses built for their chapter by local alumni. Both have good looking guys and a lot of them are from wealthy families.
In each case, when a PNM walks into their house they can tell right away if they belong there.
Differences: KA keeps to themselves. Pikes are masters of self-promotion. KA is quiet; Pike is loud. Some girls love Old South. Other girls love working out in the Pike compound.
