If you are a full time student you can join any organization. My fraternity had a second year law student pledge and was initiated.

No, nada
Once initiated you are a member for life and may not join another Panhellenic sorority..

And why would you get a second bachelors vs a graduate degree? Waste

If you are already initiated into a sorority then you absolutely are NOT eligible for another one.

And even if you weren't initiated into a sorority and going back for another degree, IDK why you would want to. A new member class is made up of mostly 18 year old freshmen girls right out of high school with maybe a few sophs. The juniors are firmly locked into their friend groups. The seniors have already kind of mentally checked out and are looking ahead to graduation and life after school. You would not have a peer group to bond with IF you could even get a bid, which you would not here. Also who wants to party with frat boys who are all younger than you? Ick.

No, you may not rush. Collegiate members need to be undergrads who have not yet completed a bachelors degree.

When you graduate you become an alum member of your sorority and all your undergrad involvement is done, much less rushing again ffs. Any actual sorority girl would know that.
