Top Houses = Burning Spear Members
by: LeakYou can tell which sororities are actually top based on the Greek distribution of members in the Burning Spear Secret Society. ZTA. AXO. DZ. KD. Phi Mu. These are the houses with campus power, not just who is hottest. I don't know the IFC distribution.

Axo dz and phi mu are not considered top houses at fsu. All mid to lower mid houses

Top houses are a personal preference. What I consider top may not what you consider top. AXO, DZ, and Phi Mu are top houses at FSU.

What is your opinion of characteristics of a top house? Don’t name a house but rather list qualities. Ie: campus involvement , philanthropy, parties, or is a top house one based on money and looks?

This is not true. Spear controls all of the major players on campus, IFC included. They try to be discreet but they have their hands in IFC whether you know it or not.
