Going on pike formal w a guy I don’t know rlly

Hey so I got asked to formal and I’m feeling uneasy about it as it’s getting closer. At first I was excited bc I’ve always wanted to go on a formal, but I don’t know anyone else that is going and the times that I’ve hung out with this dude, he’s asked to Fu€k. Am I expected to put out during formal? I really do not want to have sx so I don’t know what to do. Will I have fun? Or should I back out
