advice for rushing as a sophomore in fall?

i rushed in fall 2023 and i dropped during pref. any advice to get more chapters back for the fall as a sophomore? even if you don’t know many people currently in chapters?

There is a separate quota for non-freshmen so you won't be competing with them for spots. No one can tell you how "to get more chapters back" because no one knows you or why and where you were cut and what you didn't like about your pref houses. Maybe you didn't have good conversations, who knows.
