Did KD do snap bids?

How do we know for sure KD gave out 14 snap bids? and that they havelowest retention rate?

Quota for most houses was between 72-78, so any house way higher most likely had a lot of member drops and did snap bids after fall rush

So it looks like Kd dg theta axo def had to offer snap bids to get to chapter totals

The verbiage may be incorrect as referenced but they def did snap bids during rush to fill quota. Everyone knows

Snap bid and letting sororities go over pc quota to make up for low membership are TWO different things. Not saying KD didn’t offer snap bids but if you are going to stir the pot at least know what you are talking about.

Haha that's not knowing what you're talking about either. There is no such thing as going over quota to make up for low membership. When a house takes more than quota at bid day it is to guarantee that all pnm's who rank both their pref houses get a bid, even if it puts a house over quota, that's why it's called quota plus or quota additions. The algorithm puts pnm's with one of their pref houses so they get a bid. It has nothing to do with membership numbers.
