Why is joining alpha gam seen as so bad?

I don’t understand why they particularly are seen as so bad? Is it really better to join no sorority?

People want a house to look down on. Like any stereotype some are mean some are unattractive some are pretty some are nice. It’s not a desired house but sometimes rush is weird and people end up with it as their only option. Nothing inherently wrong with all the girls there but it’s easier to not have the label. If you stick with that house the label of it is something you have to overcome for people to like you to prove you’re not whatever negative thing so that’s why people say it’s better to be in none

AGD is a good chapter with nice girls. If someone is really going to judge you for being in a specific chapter then they are not good people. who cares what others think?

Not worth the expense to be in a bottom sorority imo. That sorority is constantly made fun of, if you can handle it go for it.
