They 110% did not give out snap bids. This thread shows whoever wrote this has zero clue.

Snaps happen between bid matching and bids given out, so neither Phi Mu nor anyone else just gave out snap bids. Anything else is a COB bid. I find it highly unlikely that this late in the semester anyone would give out bids, although they are allowed to give COB bids anytime other than formal recruitment.
