SAE - hard partiers. very hard.
Sig Ep - good boys. no drinking in the house.
KA - good guys. very old south.
Theta Chi - tied for top. Very popular. Good parties.
Kappa Sigma - good all around. not top.
PiKA - athletes, wealthy. Tied for top.
Fiji - good but could be better.
Delta Chi - good but should be better. great house.

💯 accurate. SAE are degenerates. A straight up no bueno. KA’s are fantastic, Ksigs are super sweet, Pikes are great and even Sig EPS are better.
