Top Tier (In Order)

Generally considered the top 4 frats at FSU, all have a great party scene and no problem getting people to their tailgates or parties. Theta Chi is unanimously number 1 right now, Pike is falling off but still Pike. Sae is on the rise, huge house in a prime location, and KA has a good brotherhood and also in a prime location.
Upper Mid Tier

Solid frats, still have a good party scene and cool houses. Just lacking in some areas. SigEp has weird rules and a small yard, KSig has some questionable brothers, and Delta Chi is just pikes little brother.
True Mid Tier

Have potential, just smaller frats. At the end of the day, it’s a frat at FSU. They still attract people to their parties and pregames.
Lower Mid Tier

Smaller irrelevant frats, not much to say. Sometimes they’ll surprise and have a decent party. Seem to have tight brotherhoods though

KA over SAE any second, any day. Good guys vs bad guys. My sisters won’t even walk into SAE unaccompanied.

Pike lurking when there tailgate was empty, their events are empty, and almost everyone is tired of the new weird PCs

No debate. KA is straight up top. Ask any sorority at FSU. Nice, cute guys and very popular. Gotta give it to them. Definitely fill a niche.
