Do looks matter?

Do fraternities bid an unattractive guy? I saw all of their ig pages but I’ve never seen a below average looking guys even in the middle tier houses. Please be honest and tell the truth

For “top tier” it does. Personality does go a long way but if you can’t effectively talk to and attract women why would they want you.

Honest answer: it does in some regards and not in others. Looks definitely matter and the higher tier the frat is the more it matters but the most important thing is the way you carry yourself. You can be not super goodlooking or overweight, but the most important thing is how you come off. If you don't look like a stud but act like one and chat with girls, that's the most important thing.
