Is AXO really demolishing their current house and building a new one? If so, when?

Yes, they are tearing down end of next semester and building a new house. Takes 12+++ months.

Oh so then I’m guessing they’re still using their house then while it’s under construction? I saw the AXO floor plans and it looks similar to the current house just much more bigger with a third floor? New roofing? Not sure what that is yet.
