Thoughts on AOII?

I think the new PC was definitely an improvement, but they haven’t posted much on their socials. Most seems to be pics of actives and not new members. What makes them lower tiered compared to others? Just bc they’re new? They seemed to have good numbers this year, and reasonably attractive and involved girls. Trying to understand Greek Life, how does a chapter rise in the ranks? Thanks!
