Getting a COB bid

When is it acceptable to email a chapter about being interested in a COB bid? And what is the proper way to ask?

Go ahead and email them right now. Email the entire exec council of the sorority. If you don’t hear from them, keep emailing them. If you don’t hear back, go to the house, knock on the front door, ask to speak to the president and vp recruitment and tell them you want a bid.
