Snap Bids-How do they work exactly?

How do snap bids work at FSU? Do you have to participate in recruitment and drop before bid day or do you not have to go through recruitment at all to receive a snap bid? Not referring to COB rules, only a snap bid.

Snap bids work the same at every school. Only pnm's who completed at least the 1st round of recruitment are eligible.
